Companies pay the higher of (a) tax on taxable income at the applicable rate, or (b) minimum turnover tax — this prevents companies with low declared profit but high turnover from paying negligible tax. This calculator does not include Super Tax (Section 4C), which applies additionally to high-income companies above a separate threshold.
